CCAS was created to source, develop and fund renewable energy projects and to provide long-term, sustainable streams of heat and power for UK end users, whether household or industrial.

Together with Savills, the UK’s largest property consultant, we identify suitable sites, whether industrial or rural, for the creation of Combined Heat and Power (CHP) from wood waste or Refuse Derived Fuel.
Develop
We take the site from identification to commissioning. This involves negotiating long-term lease and fuel supply contracts, grid connection, construction and ongoing electricity sales, as well as technology selection.
Fund
We will look to fund 100% of the costs of a project from sourcing a site to commissioning of a plant. We have access to significant funding which makes us truly a One Stop Shop.
